American Automotive Campus

Projects come in all shapes and sizes. We were asked to review and propose planning ideas for an Automotive Company’s corporate campus, as well as, public-facing retail places. In order to determine the upfront foodservice programming and planning, as well as hospitality and retail planning aspects, the discovery phase uncovered many areas that the stakeholders were approaching from an internal lens. Bringing on 3.14DC allowed an external lens that uncovered new ideas, discoveries, and requirements for the foodservice spaces, as well as, the retail spaces that connect. In addition, it allowed the operations and facilities teams to integrate their requirements early on allowing for greater future flexibility. The outcome was such that stakeholders were provided the documentation and tools to make project decisions, give direction to design teams, and move the project along knowing they have a sound Road Map for success.
