Projects come in all shapes and sizes. We were asked by a local restaurant group to plan and project manage their fast-casual restaurant roll-outs, as well as, full-service restaurants. The discovery phase provided a basis for reviewing and assessing all aspects of the existing plan and design. The outcome was the creation of process efficiencies, design standards for material sourcing, graphics and signage, and budgeting comparisons for owner decision making. Ownership was able to focus on operational needs while physical spaces were being built for their growth. A Road Map for Success was created for each project location.
